Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to the subscription services offered by Akili AI (Pty) Ltd, a company
incorporated in the Republic of South Africa.

1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all subscription plans purchased directly through the Akili AI website or authorised
channels. It governs cancellation of subscriptions. It does not apply to enterprise contracts or bespoke
commercial agreements, which are governed by their respective terms.

2. No Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued
for any reason, including change of mind, limited use of the service, or failure to cancel before renewal.
This approach is consistent with standard SaaS practice and is permissible under South African law
provided it is clearly disclosed, which this policy does.

3. Cancellation of Subscription
3.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting
support@akiliai.net.
3.2 Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. You will continue to have access to the service until
the end of your current paid billing period.
3.3 Cancelling a subscription does not trigger any refund or credit for the remaining portion of the
billing period.

4. Renewal
4.1 Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the
renewal date.
4.2 If you do not cancel before the renewal date, the renewal fee will be charged and will remain non-
refundable.

5. Professional Services and Third-Party Costs
5.1 Fees for custom work, integrations, or professional services are non-refundable.
5.2 Third-party services procured through Akili AI are subject to the third party's own terms.

7. Governing Law
